Call for Presentations: 2010 Alliance National Conference

Our 2010 Alliance National Conference will be held October 20-22 in Milwaukee.

Please use this online form to submit a workshop proposal for consideration by the 2010 Alliance National Conference Planning Commitee. Only proposals submitted via this online form will be considered. All fields with an asterisks must contain information. Incomplete forms won't be considered.

If after you submit your proposal you do not receive an email confirmation within 30 minutes, please let us know.

If you hold multiple positions within the same organization you may list them, but if you work with multiple organizations, please list only the most pertinent organizational title. Also, do not include academic credentials here; Enter this information in the personal bio field below.

You may list more than one agency or affiliation.

Please provide a short biography, including other relevant credentials or experience. For example, you may include service on the Alliance board of directors; an MSW from Michigan State University; or service as chair on the Alliance Membership Commiteee, 2001-2004.

If my name is Allan Bird and my workshop title is Creating the ..., my code will be abcrea. This code will be used in all future correspondence.

Please limit your title to 20 words or less (120 characters). Titles in excess of 20 words will be rejected.

Please select the area of interest/track that most closely aligns with your workshop proposal. You may select more than one area.

Please list 3-5 takeaways that attendees of your workshop will leave the session with. List each takeaway on a separate line.

Please describe the workshop content. This information will be used in conference marketing and promotion. Please develop a description that will compel members to attend your workshop. Descriptions in excess of 400 words will be rejected.

Please upload a Word document or PDF containing a 1-2 page synopsis of your proposal. The synopsis will aid the conference planning committee in its evaluation of your workshop proposal. If you prefer, you can e-mail the synopsis to Hillary Hanson.
